President of Cryptonomex Inc.
Stan Larimer is president of Cryptonomex, the company that created Graphene, a blockchain capable of processing over 100,000 transactions per second, each with an average transaction time of 1.5 seconds. Graphene-blockchain DAOs so far include Bitshares (ticker: BTS), Steemit (STEEM), and PeerPlays (PPY). Larimer has 40 years of experience in software, hardware, systems engineering, program management, business development, and even teaching rocket science at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He was a contributor to 17 different R&D programs for air, ground, sea, and space systems, and served at Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and SAIC as consultant, tech lead, program manager, and/or corporate officer.
