Paul Snow is the founder of Factom (ticker: FCT), a distributed autonomous protocol that adds a general-purpose data layer over the Bitcoin blockchain, and makes it possible for government, commercial, and non-profit systems to permanently safeguard and share critical information. Factom products can adapt to any domain and are plugged into existing systems, so are deployed quickly. To bring technical, commercial, political, and economic interests together in the unique cryptocurrency space, Snow co-founded the Texas Bitcoin Conference, and now organizes and leads the event every year in Austin. Paul is a computer scientist, software engineer, and patent inventor for over 30 years, and now builds crypto-technology to solve the hardest problems in data integrity, audit, and compliance. Snow has testified before Congress on digital currency and blockchain technology, and holds two U.S. patents.
